We believe that the training needs of Olympic athletes and Weekend Warriors differ by degree not kind. Therefore, we scale load and intensity, we don’t change programs. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience, skill or fitness level. The program works for elite athletes, professional fighters, recreational sportspeople and housewives/husbands!
Train hard, train together, get results! The training is hard and uncompromising, but you will be in the best shape of your life! The group environment is competitive but friendly, and will push you to perform at your best.

We are Mackay’s answer to the Crossfit Methodology of fitness training, we also mix things up with boxing for fitness and ladies only boxing for fitness. All our trainers who are motivated to help you achieve your goals.
What is CrossFit?
CrossFit 4740 focuses on CrossFit training methodology which is a community where effort is rewarded with results.
We have a team of qualified coaches who are solely concerned with helping our athletes reach new levels of excellence beyond what they ever thought would be possible.
We redefine fitness as the ability to hold one’s own regardless of the physical challenge presented.
In order to get our athletes fit by this definition we schedule constantly varied daily work outs drawing on elements of powerlifting, olympic weightlifting,gymnastics and the traditional cardio disciplines (run, ride, row, skip & swim).
The athletes we refer to are our clients and all are at different points on the fitness journey, regardless of where someone is on their journey the daily workout can be modified to allow maximum inclusion.
Our goal is for you to “Get it right. Then hit it HARD.
To that end we strive for efficient mechanics consistently before eventually pursuing intensity.
Again CrossFit 4740 is a community, united by a common goal – to be better than yesterday. We do put the PERSONAL back into training, with us you are not just another number you are our GOAL.
