3 x rounds – 1min per station of:

Wall Ball (9/6kg)
SDHP (35/25kg)
Box Jump (20”)
Push Press (35/25kg)
Row (CAL)
Rest 1min

Rotate immediately to the next station every 1min
The clock does not stop or reset between stations.
