Level 1=        Odd = 15cal on Row + Even = 15 x Burpees
Level 2 =       Odd = 10cal on Row + Even = 10 x Burpees

WOD 2 – EMOM for 10mins
Level 1 =        5 x Thrusters + 5 x C2B Pull ups (40/30kg)
Level 2 =        5 x Thrusters + 5 x Pull ups (30/20kg)

WOD 3 – EMOM for 10mins
Level 1 = (60/40kg)    Level 2 = (40/30kg)
3 x Power Clean + 3 x Front Squat + 3 x Push Jerk
